However, I felt that the book didn't live up to the promise of its cover, as it is very basic, with not very much inspiration at all; experienced embroiderers may be disappointed with the book. That said, there is nothing wrong with this book - it is absolutely ideal for a beginner who would like to progress from basic embroidery to something more adventurous. The book is well illustrated, with clear, basic instructions.
