I've read four others but found Wedding Season to have had a lightness and sparkle that made me keep turning the pages. I also enjoyed the three interweaving stories of the women: shy girl, sassy girl and worm-that-turns. The scene in the bedroom where a certain vile man gets his come uppance was worth the price of the book alone. My favourite Katie Fforde book Review date: 2008-10-18 Rating: 10 out of 10 I loved this. I was sorry when I'd finished it. It made me smile at the end. It's uplifting. You warm to each of the three main female characters. They're all flawed, but very likeable, as are their men! You want things to work out between them all. The detail regarding wedding planning etc. was interesting.
